After birth, everyone cares for the baby — but who cares for the mother?

The Fourth Trimester

When the MOTHER is born

In Ayurveda, the weeks after birth are considered sacred.

Your body has created life.

Your nervous system is recalibrating.

Your heart is expanding.

This is a time for rest, warmth, nourishment, and steady care - so your body can heal, your strength can return, and you can gently grow into your new role as a mother.

In many traditional cultures, mothers are lovingly cared for during the first 40 days after birth.

When a mother is nurtured, she is better able to nurture her baby.

You deserve that same care.

A space where

the mother is cared for

Each visit is a time for you to rest, be nourished, and gently supported as your body recovers after birth. In the quiet rhythm of the early postpartum weeks, I come to your home to create space for warmth, calm, and restoration.

During our time together you may receive:

• Nourishing meals and warm herbal teas
• Warm Ayurvedic oil therapies
• Gentle womb and abdominal support
• Grounding nervous system care
• A calm, steady presence during this tender transition into motherhood

Why I hold this work....

IMG_6977_edited_edited.jpg

I am a Reiki Master, Ayurvedic Therapist, and Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula - and most importantly, a mother to two daughters.

My own early weeks of motherhood were tender and unexpectedly difficult. I experienced postpartum depression, anxiety, and a deep sense of isolation. I remember how physically depleted and emotionally raw that time felt.

That experience changed me.It also led me to this work.Alongside my training in Ayurveda and nervous system care, my lived experience shapes the way I support mothers today.

My intention is to offer steady, nourishing postpartum care rooted in warmth, presence, and restoration - helping your body rebuild, your nervous system settle, and your spirit feel supported as you move through this profound transition.

You do not have to move through this season alone.
