Healing Drum Circle & Cacao
Drum together in circle and have some fun
Friday February 27th, 5 - 6:30 pm
Then first Friday of every month

Join us in sacred community in Fort Collins, Colorado, as we gather in circle to connect with the sound of the drum and the rhythm within.

This is a safe and welcoming space to explore the heartbeat of the drum through rhythm, movement, dance, and the freedom of authentic expression.

Together we ground, set intentions, release what no longer serves, and open to joy, presence, and connection. (and a lot of laughter). Our circle weaves drumming with voice as we sing healing, empowering songs, allowing sound to move through us and bring us back into harmony with ourselves and one another.

Come as you are and reconnect with your natural rhythm. We'd love to have you

These circles are typically held on the First Friday of every month, however I couldn't do the first Friday in March so I moved it forward a week.

No experience is needed,  just an open heart and a willingness to explore.

Drums provided or bring your own (I have 3 spare handheld drums, so please let me know if you'd like to use one)

🎶 Bring your own rattle, or percussion instrument if you have one

$$$ Pay what you can from $12

Reiki Healing Session

Sacred sounds of Reiki
Explore Sacred Sound and Chanting
Wednesday February 18th 5 - 6:30 pm

This workshop is held as a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space to explore the sacred sounds of Reiki and gently open your voice in your own way and time.

Together we’ll work with Reiki kotodama chants, simple breath practices, and accessible vocal techniques to support intuition, energetic alignment, grounding, and clearing. You are invited to meet your voice exactly where it is - whether that feels quiet, expressive, hesitant, or expansive - without pressure or performance.

Through guided chanting, singing, and creative expression, we soften inner boundaries, build trust within the group, and allow sound to become a natural extension of hands-on Reiki.

Consent, choice, and self-regulation are honored throughout, so you can participate fully or gently witness as needed. You will be invited to use a handheld drum to enhance the practice - I have some you can borrow if needed.

This is a nurturing and empowering way to expand your Reiki practice, deepen your relationship with sound, and experience Reiki through resonance and vibration.

Prerequisite: Reiki Level Two attunement required.

Self-Investment: $30

CANCELLATION POLICY

At Ahimsa Wellbeing, every class is crafted with intention —-from the planning, to the cacao to the food and more. We also understand that life happens and plans sometimes shift. This policy helps us honor the time and resources that go into each gathering while keeping things fair for everyone.

If you register for a class and later realize you can’t attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.

You are always welcome to request a class credit for the full value of your workshop instead of a refund.

14+ Days Before Class – Full refund
8–13 Days Before Class – 50% refund. If we are able to fill your spot from the waitlist, you’ll receive a full refund.
Within 48 hours of Class – No refund unless your spot is filled. If we can fill it, you’ll receive a full refund.

If we need to cancel a class due to low enrollment, we will contact you to offer either a full refund or a credit.

Why We Have This Policy

Our classes are intentionally small, allowing us to offer personalized support and create a warm, welcoming space for connection, release and restoration. When you register, your spot is reserved just for you - often meaning we turn others away. Our hosts are also paid per student, and prepare the class in advance to cater for the current amount of students registered.

Thank you for understanding, and for supporting our mission to share the wisdom of the plants with our community.

I also offer trainings in energy healing, drum medicine and ancient Ayurvedic practices and rituals.
