Rhythm of Return
Every Month starting February 11th
A weaving of remembering - learning how to live in harmony with nature, reconnecting with the body through somatic therapy, and gathering in sacred sisterhood. This is a journey home to your truest nature.
Rhythm of Return is a drop-in women’s circle offering a sacred space to slow down, reconnect, and come back into alignment with the wisdom of your body and the natural world. Each gathering stands on its own, guided by the rhythms of the season and the collective energy of the women present.
Each circle includes somatic movement, breathwork, drumming, ritual, creative expression, and Ayurvedic wisdomto awaken your natural rhythms. This is not a class. It is a living, breathing experience - a space to soften, release, and return to yourself.
Guided by Laurel Carter - Integrative Feminine Embodiment Therapist & Soul Writer and Emma Horne - Ayurvedic Therapist & Reiki Drum Master Teacher
Each gathering gently supports emotional release, nervous system nourishment, and deeper self-connection, while also nurturing meaningful connection within the circle.

If you register for a class and later realize you can’t attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.
You are always welcome to request a class credit for the full value of your workshop instead of a refund.
14+ Days Before Class – Full refund
8–13 Days Before Class – 50% refund. If we are able to fill your spot from the waitlist, you’ll receive a full refund.
Within 48 hours of Class – No refund unless your spot is filled. If we can fill it, you’ll receive a full refund.
If we need to cancel a class due to low enrollment, we will contact you to offer either a full refund or a credit.
Why We Have This Policy
Our classes are intentionally small, allowing us to offer personalized support and create a warm, welcoming space for connection, release and restoration. When you register, your spot is reserved just for you - often meaning we turn others away. Our hosts are also paid per student, and prepare the class in advance to cater for the current amount of students registered.
Thank you for understanding, and for supporting our mission to share the wisdom of the plants with our community.
