In this immersive training, you will learn to confidently offer a professional head & face marma treatment rooted in classical Ayurvedic wisdom.
Marma Massage is deeply therapeutic, restoring balance and harmony to mind, body, and spirit. Through gentle pressure and warm herbal oils, this sacred ritual relieves tension, soothes the nervous system, calms the mind, and supports natural rejuvenation.

Prerequisites
• Basic understanding of anatomy or bodywork principles recommended but not essential
• Open to massage therapists, bodyworkers & holistic practitioners or those wishing to work on themselves, family or friends
• No prior marma experience required
