Rhythm of Return
Monthly Women's Circle
Fort Collins, Colorado
A space to laugh, to connect, to grow and play...

Rhythm of Return
A weaving of remembering - learning how to live in harmony with nature, reconnecting with the body through somatic therapy, and gathering in sacred sisterhood.
This is a journey home to your truest nature.
Rhythm of Return is a drop-in women’s circle offering a sacred space to slow down, reconnect, and come back into alignment with the wisdom of your body and the natural world. Each gathering stands on its own, guided by the rhythms of the season and the collective energy of the women present.
Each circle includes somatic movement, breathwork, drumming, ritual, creative expression, and Ayurvedic wisdomto awaken your natural rhythms.
This is not a class. It is a living, breathing experience - a space to soften, release, and return to yourself.
Guided by
Laurel Carter — Integrative Feminine Embodiment Therapist & Soul Writer
Emma Horne — Ayurvedic Therapist & Reiki Drum Master Teacher
Each gathering gently supports emotional release, nervous system nourishment, and deeper self-connection, while also nurturing meaningful connection within the circle.
In each session, you are invited to:
✨ Reconnect with the wisdom of your body and intuition
✨ Experience somatic healing through movement, breathwork & creativity
✨ Honor the seasonal energies of Earth and self
✨ Explore how Ayurvedic wisdom supports balance and vitality
