Gather in Circle
Circles are spaces of connection, reflection, and shared humanity.
Whether gathering women, children, or community members moving through life’s transitions, circles offer a space for reflection, connection, and shared humanity. Through gentle guidance, mindfulness, and thoughtful conversation, I hold a welcoming container where each person is seen, heard, and supported.
Over the years I have been honored to hold circles in many different spaces - from classrooms and women’s gatherings to community groups and private events. Drawing from my background in somatic wellness, Ayurveda, Reiki, and sound healing, I create circles that invite presence, connection, and meaningful conversation. My role is to gently guide the space so that each person feels heard, supported, and part of the collective experience.
Women's Circles
A nurturing space for women to gather in reflection, share openly, and reconnect with their inner wisdom. These circles invite meaningful conversation, mindful practices, and deep listening, creating a supportive environment where each voice is honored.
These circles are held monthly in Fort Collins, Colorado by Emma Horne & Laurel Carter

Community & Transition Circles
Circles created for communities, organizations, families, and groups who wish to gather in meaningful connection. These circles can support times of transition - such as birth, grief, or change - or simply offer space for reflection, conversation, and shared presence.
Whether held for a workplace, a community group, or a private gathering, each circle is thoughtfully guided to create a supportive container where people can listen, share, and feel seen.
Are you moving through a season of change?
Would your community benefit from a space to gather and reflect together?
Children's Peace Circles
Playful and supportive circles that encourage children to express their thoughts and feelings while learning to listen to others with empathy and respect.
Through guided activities and conversation, children build confidence in their voice and a deeper sense of connection with their peers.
We also work on breathing skills and somatic movement to calm wiggly bodies, busy minds and heightened emotions.
