Helping others is not just my passion, my joy, my purpose, and my dharma. My heart overflows with gratitude every time I hold space. Whether it be one-on-one, guiding a class or during a training.
I’ve been practicing Reiki since I was 17 and have devoted the last 14 years to Ayurveda and spiritual healing. My new space has a warm, nurturing, and welcoming, treatment room, plus a bright and sunny space in Downtown Fort Collins, above the Golden Poppy, for yoga, meditation and trainings. A place where you can truly be yourself.
I welcome you to come as you are, so we can free ourselves from suffering, find health, happiness and harmony.

Each session is a curated experience, blending warm oil therapies, rhythmic sound, energy work, and herbal wisdom, all tailored to meet your needs in that moment. This ensures you receive the most effective and nourishing care possible.
Once you arrive and make yourself at home in private, cosy and inviting studio - We will chat over treatment options. Most Ayurvedic treatments almost always include abhyanga. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me and I'll be happy to go over anything with you.
