My packages were created to slow the pace of healing, allowing for deeper listening, integration, and care that meets you where you are - both in body, mind and spirit.
My treatment room is designed to feel like an exhale. A Home from Home.
Warm, quiet, and intentionally soothing, it is a space where your body can soften and your nervous system can settle.
This is a place to be held - not fixed - where your body is invited to rest, restore, and remember its natural rhythms.

I do still offer one-time pricing: 1 hour - $125, 1.5 hours - $175 and offer additional add-ons if you want even longer than 90 minutes (2-3 hours)

Sessions are scheduled in advance, and 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Full details are outlined in the policy below.

Package Policy
Commitment & Payment
Packages are purchased upfront and include a set number of sessions to be used within the specified validity period (as listed at time of purchase). This allows for flexibility while still supporting a consistent and intentional approach to your care.
Session Use
Sessions can be used at your own pace within the package validity period. They do not automatically renew.
While sessions are intended to be used within this timeframe, I understand life happens—illness, travel, and unexpected shifts. I will always do my best to offer grace and flexibility when truly needed.
Scheduling
Sessions are booked in advance through the online booking system. I recommend scheduling ahead to secure times that feel best for you, especially during busier seasons.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.o
Late cancellations are subject to a $75 fee, and no-shows or same day cancellations will result in the session being forfeited.
Gifting
Sessions within your package may be gifted to a friend or loved one. (Discounts and benefits are not transferable.)
Price Adjustments
Your package rate is honored for the duration of your active package. Future pricing changes may apply to new purchases.
Agreement
By purchasing a package, you are committing to a space of intentional care—honoring the time, energy, and presence held for you. These sessions are designed to support deeper healing, consistency, and connection over time.
