Join myself Emma Horne and gardening Goddess Emily Reeves for a beautiful evening in her gorgeous garden.
Mindfully explore and connect with the plants, trees and nature after being guided through a beautiful drum meditation.
We will take time to gather seeds, flowers and other items to place into a a special centerpiece which we will create intentioannly. Honoring the summer solstice and the abundance of light, life and fire in our lives.
The centerpiece is part of a ceremony called a Despacho ceremony - into which we will add prayer, wishes, hopes and intentions for the season ahead.

Healing Drum Circle
Friday July 31st - 5-6:30pm
Join us in sacred community at The Be Free Healing Center in Fort Collins, Colorado, as we gather in circle to connect with the sound of the drum and the rhythm within.
This is a safe and welcoming space to explore the heartbeat of the drum through rhythm, movement, dance, and the freedom of authentic expression.
Together we ground, set intentions, release what no longer serves, and open to joy, presence, and connection. (and a lot of laughter)
Our circle weaves drumming with voice as we sing healing, empowering songs, allowing sound to move through us and bring us back into harmony with ourselves and one another.
No experience is needed.
Come as you are and reconnect with your natural rhythm. We'd love to have you

We also understand that life happens and plans sometimes shift. This policy helps us honor the time and resources that go into each gathering while keeping things fair for everyone.
If you register for a class and later realize you can’t attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.
You are always welcome to request a class credit for the full value of your workshop instead of a refund.
14+ Days Before Class – Full refund
8–12 Days Before Class – 50% refund. If we are able to fill your spot from the waitlist, you’ll receive a full refund.
Within 48 hours of Class – No refund unless your spot is filled. If we can fill it, you’ll receive a full refund.
If we need to cancel a class due to low enrollment or bad weather, we will contact you to offer either a full refund or a credit.
Why We Have This Policy
Our classes are intentionally small, allowing us to offer personalized support and create a warm, welcoming space for connection, release and restoration. When you register, your spot is reserved just for you - often meaning we turn others away. Our hosts are also paid per student, and prepare the class in advance to cater for the current amount of students registered.
Thank you for understanding, and for supporting our mission to share the wisdom of the plants with our community.
