The rhythmic beat of the drum acts as a bridge to your subconscious, unlocking intuition and inner power.
Each class includes time for journaling, optional sharing, and a closing meditation to integrate your experience before you return to your day with a renewed sense of clarity and connection. PLEASE BRING A Journal to write down your experiences
