Reiki Second Degree – Okuden

This in-person Reiki Level Two training is deeply experiential and practice-based. Learning happens not only through discussion, but through direct experience, embodiment, and shared practice. Throughout the day, you will be guided through meditations, inner journeys, Reiki exchanges, sound baths, and hands-on practice, allowing the teachings to integrate on a nervous-system and energetic level.

As your teacher, I will hold a grounded, supportive container while guiding you through practices that deepen your connection to Reiki, strengthen your intuition, and help you trust your own unique way of working with energy.

The day is nourished with wholesome food and ceremonial cacao, supporting both the physical body and the heart as we move through the training together.

Okuden, the second degree of Reiki, expands your capacity to work with energy across time, space, and emotional landscapes. This level is suitable for those wishing to practice professionally, as well as those seeking deeper personal healing and spiritual growth.

Students who complete six case studies will receive a Reiki Level Two Practitioner Certificate. Those attending for personal enrichment will receive a Certificate of Attendance.

In this course, you will explore:

The three Reiki II symbols and how to use them with clarity and confidence
Guided Reiki meditations, visualizations, inner journeys, and mindfulness practices
Two Reiki II attunements to strengthen and refine your energy channel
Practical techniques including mental and emotional healing, distant Reiki, scanning, and energy amplification
Developing intuition and subtle awareness
Creating sacred space for sessions, including working with crystals and essential oils
Hands-on Reiki practice using a variety of methods to integrate your skills
Japanese Reiki techniques and Reiju empowerment
Experiencing Reiki through sound baths and embodied practice to support integration

By the end of Okuden, you will:

Feel more confident and attuned in your Reiki practice
Have practical tools to support yourself and others
Understand how to offer Reiki professionally or personally with integrity
Feel more connected to your intuition, presence, and inner guidance
