My Mama Reset Ritual was created to tend to the mother A sacred space to slow down, be cared for and reconnect with yourself. Whether you are newly postpartum, years into motherhood, processing a difficult birth, feeling depleted, or simply longing to receive rather than give, you are welcome here. You don't need to have it all together. You simply get to arrive exactly as you are. 🌿 2-HOUR MAMA RESET | $220 A deeply nourishing ritual to help you pause, soften and receive. Your experience includes warm Ayurvedic Abhyanga, gentle Heart & Womb nourishment, Energy work and sound, deep restorative rest, warm herbal tea and a small nourishing Ayurvedic food offering. 🌹 3-HOUR MAMA RESET | $330 Our most immersive Mama Reset Ritual, with spacious time to be witnessed, nourished and deeply cared for. Your experience begins with a warm herbal foot bath and time to share your story, if you wish. From there, settle into an extended Ayurvedic Abhyanga, Heart & Womb therapies, Reiki and sound, guided Yoga Nidra and deep rest. We close slowly with warm Ayurvedic tea, a small nourishing food offering and time to integrate before returning to your day. These rituals draw on the wisdom of Ayurveda, warm botanical oils, healing touch, energy work, sound and deep rest to support you through the many layers of motherhood. Whether you are **2 months or 20 years postpartum**, there are always layers to integrate, release and nourish. You have spent so much time caring for everyone else - Let someone care for you. ### Ayurvedic Treatment Disclaimer Your health, comfort, and wellbeing are important to me. Ayurvedic treatments are offered as complementary wellness services intended to support relaxation, nourishment, balance, and overall wellbeing through traditional Ayurvedic bodywork and therapies. Treatments may include Abhyanga, Shirodhara, womb care and massage, Pichu, Garshana, and other Ayurvedic or restorative techniques. These services are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a physician or other qualified healthcare provider. Please inform me before your appointment of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, recent surgeries, pregnancy or postpartum status, medications that may be relevant to your treatment, or significant changes in your health. Certain treatments may need to be modified or postponed depending on your individual circumstances. If appropriate, I may recommend that you consult your healthcare provider or obtain medical clearance before treatment. By booking a session, you confirm that you have provided accurate and complete health information and agree to communicate any changes in your health, symptoms, comfort, or circumstances before or during your treatment. Each session is thoughtfully personalized according to your individual needs, constitution (Prakriti), current state of balance (Vikriti), and wellness intentions. Treatment recommendations are based on the information you provide and are intended to support your overall wellbeing. ### Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To honor both my time and the opportunity for other clients to book, I kindly ask that any changes be made with as much notice as possible. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment may be rescheduled or canceled without charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made on the day of your appointment, or missed appointments without notice, will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.
