Dates Saturday January 7th - 9 - 6 pm Lunch provided I am holding a Reiki Level 2 in February and Reiki Drum practitioner in March, if you really want to kick start your 2026 with a bang. ​​ Self-investment $250 Location 221 N College Ave, Fort Collins, CO, 80526 Above The Golden Poppy Apothecary ​ Reiki First Degree – Shoden Step onto the path of Reiki with Shoden, the first level of this gentle yet powerful energy healing practice. Through a series of attunements, you’ll open your connection to universal life force energy, beginning a journey of self-healing, personal growth, and the ability to share Reiki with others. ​ In this course, you’ll explore: Foundational techniques including gentle Chi Gung movements to connect with your Hara and the Three Diamonds Guided meditations and visualizations to deepen awareness and presence The history, origins, and philosophy of Reiki, including the Reiki Precepts Four Reiki First Degree attunements to awaken your energy channel Practical exercises for self-treatment, treating others, and even animals Understanding the human energy system, chakras, and the power of intention Protection techniques, the Reiki Shower, and ways to care for yourself while giving energy Experiencing Reiki through giving and receiving, and learning to interpret the body’s language ​ By the end of Shoden, you’ll be empowered to practice Reiki confidently, support your own well-being, and begin sharing this healing energy with the world. ​ This experience can be quite opening and clearing, and I suggest you try and plan to do nothing the day after as you assimilate the information and new energy. Reiki is a profound healing modality and I encourage all my students to come with an open mind and an open heart. We are here to support one another in community as we make these  shifts in our reality and consciousness.  ​ ​What To bring: - Journal and Pen - Eye mask - Any other spiritual tools you wish to share or use

Cancellation Policy

Reiki Training Policies Booking & Payments All training bookings are non-refundable. A non-refundable deposit or full payment is required to secure your space. Full payment is due 2 weeks before the training date. Spaces cannot be held without payment. Cancellations, Illness & Missed Trainings If you are unable to attend due to sickness, you may choose: A live recording of the class (when available), or An in-person makeup session for an additional fee of $100–$200, depending on the level of training. No-shows without communication forfeit all payments. Transfers to a future training are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of the instructor. Certification Requirements Certification is not guaranteed by attendance alone. Students must complete all required practice, demonstrations, and coursework to receive certification. If additional practice or mentoring is needed, extra fees may apply. Student Conduct & Participation Participants agree to show up in a respectful, grounded manner and to engage in the training to the best of their ability. The instructor reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. No refunds will be issued. Liability & Disclaimer Reiki trainings are educational in nature and do not replace medical or psychological care. Students agree to take full responsibility for their own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing during the training. By enrolling, you acknowledge that the instructor is not liable for any injuries, emotional distress, or outcomes resulting from participation. Scope of Practice Students agree to use Reiki ethically and within the bounds of their training. Reiki is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Students understand they may not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or offer services outside their scope. Intellectual Property All training materials—including manuals, meditations, recordings, and handouts—are for personal use only. Materials may not be copied, shared, or taught to others without written permission. Photography & Recording Students consent to recordings of the class for training purposes. Recordings are for participants only and may not be shared. Privacy & Confidentiality Participants agree to respect the confidentiality of personal sharings within the training space. Personal information will not be shared or sold.
