Reiki & Energetic Healing Policy Reiki & Energetic Healing Disclaimer Your comfort, safety, and wellbeing are my highest priority. Reiki and Energetic Healing are gentle, complementary wellness practices intended to support relaxation, balance, stress reduction, and overall wellbeing. These sessions are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition and should not replace the advice, diagnosis, or treatment of your physician, mental health professional, or other qualified healthcare provider. Sessions are provided fully clothed and may include light touch or hands held just above the body. With your consent, your session may also incorporate complementary healing tools such as essential oils, herbal smoke (where appropriate), crystals, sound healing, drumming, or guided meditation. You are always welcome to decline any technique or request a completely hands-off session. Consent is an ongoing conversation. You may request changes, pause, or stop the session at any time, without explanation. Your comfort, preferences, and boundaries will always be respected. By booking a session, you confirm that you have disclosed any relevant health conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or changes to your health that may affect your session. Appointment & Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To honor both my time and the opportunity for other clients to book, I kindly ask that any changes be made with as much notice as possible. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment may be rescheduled or canceled without charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made on the day of your appointment, or missed appointments without notice, will be charged 100% of the session fee. If an unexpected emergency arises, please contact me as soon as possible. I understand that life can be unpredictable and will always do my best to respond with fairness and compassion where genuine emergencies occur.
