Service Description

This deeply nurturing Ayurvedic massage focuses on marma points - subtle energy centers of the head, face, neck, and scalp. Warm herbal oils and intentional touch invite the nervous system to settle, gently releasing stored tension and supporting the natural flow of prana. The arms and hands are also included, stimulating heart-related marma points to encourage emotional softening and a sense of being held. This treatment helps quiet a busy mind, soften facial tension, and restore a feeling of spaciousness and clarity. Many women experience it as both grounding and subtly uplifting. Steamed towels and quiet moments of integration complete the session, allowing you to transition gently back into your day. Ideal for: • Mental fatigue or overwhelm • Jaw tension, eye strain, or scalp tightness • Emotional stress held in the face and neck • Women longing for clarity and deep restoration • Supporting healthy, radiant skin Please note: This is distinct from Shirodhara (continuous oil flow on the forehead) and offers a focused, nurturing experience for the head, face, and heart space.
