Community Circles
Fort Collins and Surrounding Areas

Some moments in life ask to be marked and witnessed. I offer private ceremonial circles, women's circles and rites of passage gatherings for individuals, families, and communities wishing to honor meaningful transitions such as birth, coming of age, grief, loss, and new beginnings.

These ceremonies are co-created with care, offering a grounded and supportive space for reflection, connection, and shared witnessing.

Gathering in Circle

For generations, people have gathered in circle to share stories, process change, and support one another through life’s many seasons. The circle creates a space where every voice matters and where listening can be just as powerful as speaking.

A Space for Connection & Transition

Community circles offer a supportive container for groups who wish to come together with intention. These gatherings can be especially meaningful during times of transition - such as birth, loss, leadership changes, community challenges, or moments when people simply need space to reflect and reconnect.

My Role as Facilitator

As a facilitator, my role is to gently guide the gathering so participants feel safe, respected, and heard. Drawing from my background in somatic wellness, mindfulness practices, and sound healing, I hold the space with care while allowing the wisdom of the group to naturally emerge.

Elements of the Circle

Each gathering opens and closes in circle, creating a shared space of intention and integration. Within the circle we may weave together grounding breathwork, gentle somatic movement, reflective sharing, and creative expression.

Depending on the needs of the group, gatherings may include:

• grounding breath work
• gentle somatic movement
• intentional sharing in circle
• reflective or creative practices
• closing ritual

• sound bath or drum journey for deep relaxation

• despacho ceremony

Who these circles are for

Community circles can be offered for:

• organizations and workplaces
• community groups
• wellness spaces
• families or private gatherings
• retreats or special events

Each circle is uniquely shaped to meet the needs of the group.

If you are interested in bringing a circle to your community or organization, I would love to connect and explore whether it might be a good fit.
