Sacred Breath Oil Ritual
Head & Sinus Massage with herbal steam, hot towels and warm oil
Service Description
This ancient Ayurvedic ritual is inspired by the traditional practice of Nasya, which has been used in India for thousands of years to support clarity and balance of the mind. Your session begins with a nurturing massage of the face, neck, and head using warm herbal oils to encourage lymphatic flow and gently open the sinus pathways. Hot towels and facial steam are applied to soften and prepare the nasal passages, creating space for deeper breath and release. You will then be offered a small bottle of organic Ayurvedic nasal oil and gently guided in how to apply it yourself, should you choose. Many clients find the experience refreshing, clarifying, and surprisingly soothing. This ritual is especially supportive for those experiencing sinus congestion or seasonal sensitivity, brain fog, headaches, jaw tension, neck stiffness, emotional heaviness, or mental fatigue. In Ayurveda, the nose is considered the doorway to the mind - a gateway to consciousness. By caring for this passage, we invite greater clarity, calm, and ease into both body and mind. If you would like to continue this practice at home, the nasal oil is available for purchase for $20.
