Deep rest for your mind and nervous system through warm oil and gentle flow

This tranquil and meditative treatment combines a full-body warm oil massage with the ancient Ayurvedic practice of Shirodhara. Your session begins with a flowing, nourishing oil massage to release tension and ground the body. Marma points across the head, neck, shoulders, arms, and legs are softly stimulated throughout, encouraging the flow of energy and supporting the body’s natural healing processes. ✨ This treatment is especially supportive for: – stress, anxiety, and overwhelm – difficulty sleeping – mental fatigue or burnout – nervous system imbalance This deeply nurturing experience helps to quiet mental noise, regulate the nervous system, and bring you into a state of deep rest - leaving you feeling clear, calm, and restored.
