A year-long weaving of remembering — of learning how to live in harmony with nature, reconnecting with the body through somatic therapy, and gathering in sacred sisterhood. This is a journey home to your truest nature.

Rhythm of Return is a 12-month women’s circle designed to guide you back into alignment with the world around you and the wisdom within you. Throughout the year, we move together through four seasonal, three-month immersions — honoring the shifting energies of Earth, body, and spirit.

Each month offers somatic movement, breathwork, drumming, ritual, creative expression, and Ayurvedic wisdom to awaken your natural rhythms. This is not a class. It is a living, breathing experience — a space to soften, to listen, to return to yourself.
