**Back-to-You Ritual | 90 Minutes** The kids are going back to school. Life is shifting back into its routines. And after a season of giving so much of yourself to everyone else, you may be craving a little space to come back to **you**. The Back-to-You Ritual isn't a completely different kind of massage - it's a different **intention** behind the experience. Your treatment begins with a little time to arrive, settle in and connect with what you need that day. Maybe a foot rub, a guided meditation, or an aura cleanse. From there, I intuitively blend Ayurvedic Abhyanga, Thai massage and traditional therapeutic massage, incorporating breathwork, energy work, gentle stretching, stillness and other supportive practices as I feel your body needs them. Rather than following a set sequence, each treatment is shaped around you and where you are in that moment. This is a space to stop doing, stop holding everything together and simply receive. We'll finish with a few quiet moments to integrate before you step back into your day. *$25 off when booked by August 31.* Come exactly as you are. Leave with a little more of yourself.

Prenatal and postpartum massage is intended to support relaxation, reduce muscular discomfort, and encourage overall wellbeing during pregnancy and the postpartum period. These treatments are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition and should not replace the advice or care of your physician, midwife, or other qualified healthcare provider. If you are experiencing a high-risk pregnancy, pregnancy complications, severe swelling, bleeding, preeclampsia, fever, infectious illness, or any other medical concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before booking a treatment. In some circumstances, written medical clearance may be requested prior to your appointment. By booking a session, you confirm that you have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, pregnancy-related concerns, or changes in your health that may affect your treatment. Please notify me immediately if anything changes before your appointment. Every treatment is adapted to your individual needs, stage of pregnancy or postpartum recovery, and comfort level to provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive experience. Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To honor both my time and the opportunity for other clients to book, I kindly ask that any changes be made with as much notice as possible. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment may be rescheduled or canceled without charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made on the day of your appointment, or missed appointments without notice, will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.
