ALL Bodywork sessions are to be scheduled through here. Abhyanga Massage Shirodhara Head and Face Marma Massage Body Scrub Pinda Sweda Nasya Ayurvedic Therapies Ayurveda, meaning "the science of life," is one of the world's oldest holistic healing systems. Rooted in the belief that true wellness comes from balance, these time-honoured therapies use warm herbal oils, mindful touch, and ancient wisdom to support the body's natural ability to heal. Each treatment is tailored to your unique constitution and current needs, offering a deeply restorative experience that nurtures both body and mind. Abhyanga Massage A full-body massage using warm herbal oils and rhythmic strokes to calm the nervous system, nourish the tissues, improve circulation, and promote deep relaxation. Shirodhara A continuous stream of warm herbal oil is gently poured across the forehead, creating a profoundly calming experience that quiets the mind and encourages deep rest. Head & Face Massage A soothing treatment focusing on the scalp, face, neck, and shoulders to release tension, calm the mind, and restore a sense of peace and wellbeing. Foot Massage Using warm oils and traditional Ayurvedic techniques, this grounding treatment relaxes tired feet while supporting balance throughout the entire body. Marma Therapy A gentle healing therapy that works with the body's vital energy points to encourage the free flow of prana (life force), supporting physical, emotional, and energetic balance. Scrubs & Ayurvedic Therapies Traditional herbal scrubs and specialty treatments gently exfoliate the skin, stimulate circulation, and leave you feeling refreshed, revitalised, and deeply nourished. Every session is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience the profound healing that comes from intentional touch, compassionate care, and thousands of years of Ayurvedic wisdom.
