Healing Drum Circle
Come and join us every month for some laughter, breathwork, connection, release and a chance to receive the healing medicine of the drum.
NEXT SESSION - Friday January 2nd
What A Class will look like:
We will open with a beautiful grounding meditation, connecting to your breath, and rooting down, grounding and offering gratitude to Mama Earth and the abundance and gifts she provides.
We will share our names and brief intention before we practice some breathwork with the drum. Connecting with the medicine of the drum and the power it has to help nourish and sooth the nervous system.
Together we will connect as one and share a few sweet rhythms, which you are invited to use sound through your voice if you so wish. Zero pressure.
We will end with a beautiful ceremony whereby we take it in turns to sit in the circle of the circle, as a group, and receive the healing medicine of the drum from the other half of the group. Before switching roles.
No experience necessary. All abilities are welcome. Those trained as Reiki Drum practitioners will also channel some energy healing to those receiving.
A beautiful evening of release, connection, release and laughter.

This Drum Healing Circle is offered with tiered pricing to help honor all those in the community. those who are able to offer more can, and those in need of a little receiving but with many funds right now, should be able to attend.
