Step into a guided drum journey experience exploring the three worlds that have been explored for millenia - the lower, middle, and upper realms.
Through the steady rhythm of the drum, you’ll be gently led into a meditative state where insight, clarity, and inner connection can arise.
Each journey offers an opportunity to explore different aspects of your inner and outer world:
• the lower world - grounding, roots, and instinct
• the middle world - present life, perspective, and awareness
• the upper world - guidance, vision, and expansion
