About the event
Garden, meditation & drum workshop in Fort Collins, Northern Colorado
As the light and dark strike a balance on the Fall Equinox, we gather in the garden to honor this turning point in the year. Through guided practices, we’ll align with nature’s rhythms—welcoming balance, offering gratitude for abundance, and gently releasing what is ready to be let go.
Our evening begins with a mindful garden experience led by Emily of True Nature Gardens that connects us to the land, the season, and ourselves. From there, Emma Horne of Ahimsa Wellbeing will guide us through an earth-centered meditation and Reiki Drum Journey. This small-group experience weaves nature connection, meditation, and sacred sound to support insight, clarity, and healing. Together, we’ll connect, reflect, and honor the wisdom of this seasonal threshold.
