Reiki Level One Training

This Reiki Level One training is a deeply experiential, embodied day of learning, where Reiki is understood not just intellectually, but through direct practice and felt experience. The teachings are gently woven through meditation, movement, chanting, sound healing, and hands-on practice, allowing the wisdom of Reiki to land in the body, heart, and nervous system.

You will be guided through meditations, chakra work, and sacred practices that support you in building a felt relationship with energy. Throughout the day, you will practice treating yourself and others, receiving and offering Reiki within a safe, supportive container held with care, presence, and reverence for each student’s unique process.

The day is intentionally spacious and nourishing. We will pause together to enjoy home-cooked food, and in the afternoon we will share ceremonial cacao, supporting heart-opening, grounding, and integration. Sound healing is woven throughout the training to help settle the…
