Service Description
Garshan (Ayurvedic Dry/Herbal Scrub) Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes + 15 minutes integration/rest or a longer check-in Garshan (Ayurvedic Dry/Herbal Scrub) Duration: 1 hour + 15 minutes integration/rest or a longer check-in This invigorating Ayurvedic body ritual begins with warm oil gently massaged into the skin, preparing the tissues for stimulation and renewal. A traditional herbal mitten is then applied in rhythmic, upward strokes to awaken circulation, encourage lymphatic movement, and exfoliate the skin. The herbal blend may include ingredients such as dry ginger, turmeric, tamarind leaf, mineral-rich salts, and castor - selected to warm, energize, and support the body’s natural cleansing processes. This treatment is both activating and grounding, helping to lift heaviness, restore vitality, and leave the skin feeling smooth, polished, and radiant. Steamed towels and subtle sound healing complete the experience, followed by a few quiet moments to integrate before returning to your day. Ideal for: • Stiffness or a sense of physical heaviness • Sluggish circulation or low energy • Kapha imbalance • Those seeking an energizing yet deeply supportive ritual - Detoxification and lymphatic drainage
