I’ve always walked a different path. As a child, I never quite fit into the mold. I was a free spirit, drawn more to the mysteries of the universe and the outside world, than to the usual chatter of school life. From a young age, I was captivated by the esoteric, astrology, and even quantum physics.
But my path hasn’t been a straight one. In my late teens, I faced deep challenges; addiction, homelessness, abandonment, a physical attack and alcohol abuse. These years cracked me open in ways I could never have imagined, and they also set me on a lifelong path of healing and self-discovery.
Through years of inner work, therapy, and spiritual practice, I’ve turned my pain into purpose. Although I still, I keep landing on more and more layers that need to be loved, worked on and and put to rest.
At 17, a life-changing birthday gift, a Reiki course which set my journey in motion. As a deeply sensitive and intuitive soul, I was immediately sucked in. I became a Reiki Master and later trained in the Reiki Drum Technique at 21, a practice that opened profound insight and direction that led me to travel the world in search of healing wisdom.
Fifteen years ago, I journeyed alone to the sacred Nilgiri Mountains of India, where I trained as an Ayurvedic Therapist. That experience completely transformed me, deepening my connection to the ancient healing art of Ayurveda. My path, then took me to Thailand to study Thai Massage, and later across England, California, and Sedona, where I immersed myself in various shamanic traditions.
Born and raised in Surrey, England, my journey eventually brought me to Los Angeles in 2013, where my husband and I built a life and welcomed our two daughters. I suffered with extreme postpartum anxiety and autoimmune problems after the birth of both of my daughters but It was there, in the warmth of Southern California, that my love for plant medicine blossomed. I began growing herbs, crafting oils, and formulating blends to support my family, friends, and community.
In 2021, we moved to Fort Collins, Colorado, where I fully stepped into my calling, sharing my handcrafted oils and offering the sacred healing modalities I’ve gathered over the years. Completing my 200-hour yoga teacher training at The Be Free Healing Center peeled back even more layers, helping me recognize my purpose with crystal clarity.
Today, I work out of my studio above The Golden Poppy Apothecary in downtown Fort Collins. It’s a peaceful space designed for deep transformation, a place where you can arrive and feel safe, cocooned, and able to be your true whole self. Here, I offer Reiki, Ayurveda, and Drum Journeying sessions, as well as workshops and trainings in sound healing, Reiki, and Ayurvedic therapies.
My journey has been anything but ordinary, but that’s where the magic lies. Every experience, even the hardest ones, has shaped who I am and how I hold space for others today.
