Designed to support your nervous system and invite grounding, this gentle three-hour journey will combine the healing stillness of yin yoga, the spacious presence of guided meditation, and the sacred rhythm of a drum journey.

Together we’ll create a safe and nourishing container to release tension, soften the body, and reconnect to your breath and intuition. The steady beat of the drum invites the brain into a meditative, theta state — perfect for emotional healing, intuitive insight, and deep inner peace.

Whether you’re feeling depleted, curious about sacred sound, or simply craving time to land in your body, this evening is a beautiful space to rest, reset, and receive.

Please bring:

Journal and Pen

- Eye mask

- Yoga mat and blanket (optional)

- Anything else to make your evening comfortable
