Wellbeing, The Ahimsa way...
Ahimsa isn’t just our name - it’s the heart of everything we do. It’s in the way we honor your wellbeing, the Earth’s resources, and the interconnectedness of all life.
Everything we create and offer is rooted in the principle of AHIMSA, the ancient Sanskrit word meaning non-harm or compassion for all living beings. This philosophy guides not only how we treat ourselves and others but also how we care for the Earth.

Ayurvedic treatments, mindful yoga classes, workshops and trainings for
mind, body and soul
Restore balance and harmony to mind and spirit with our full spectrum of offerings, using ancient healing practices, such as Ayurveda, Yoga, Reiki and Shamanism
Located in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins, this little sanctuary feels like a home away from home - and it certainly is ours. Cozy, light-filled, and inviting, it’s a space where you can truly exhale the moment you walk up the stairs.
When you arrive for a treatment or session with Emma, the space is all yours, free for us to be as quiet, or as playful as we wish. We offer Ayurvedic treatments such as Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Bastis, and scrubs, plus much more.
We believe health cannot be separated from mind and spirit, so each session is a full-round healing experience, which may include Reiki, drumming, infused oils, and other nurturing elements designed to leave you restored, balanced, and radiant.

Meet Emma
Hi, I’m Emma, the heart behind AHIMSA Wellbeing. My journey into holistic healing began in my teens when I became a dedicated Reiki Master. This path led me to explore the transformative power of shamanism, guiding me to India to train as an Ayurvedic Therapist and then to Thailand to study the art of Thai Massage.
Alongside my work as an Ayurvedic Therapist and Reiki Drum Facilitator, I’m also a wife and mother to two amazing daughters.
It’s an honor to support you on your healing journey, holding space with warmth, compassion, and an open heart.
