Harmonic Healing
Sacred sound with hands on healing & massage
Step into a sacred evening of deep relaxation and vibrational healing. This 2-hour journey weaves together the transcendent live music of Parker Horsch with the intuitive healing energy of Emma Horne, inviting you to surrender into stillness, balance, and inner harmony.
As Parker guides the space with ethereal sounds from the handpan, gong, flute, crystal singing bowls (and more) Emma will intuitively move through the room offering hands-on energy work, breathwork, healing touch, and the medicine of the drum.
Together, the sacred sounds and healing modalities create a multidimensional experience that is sure to soothe your nervous system, open the heart, and restore promote healing throughout the body.

Winter Solstice Ceremony
Stillness | Sacred Ceremony | Rest | Connection
Step into the stillness of the longest night and honor the sacred turning of the wheel. The Winter Solstice invites us into deep rest, a time to reflect, release, and listen to the quiet wisdom of the Nature.
In this gentle, introspective workshop, we’ll gather in circle to connect with the rhythms of nature through ritual, drumming, despacho ceremony and guided reflection.
Together, we’ll honor what is ending, tend the seeds of new beginnings, and kindle the inner flame that will guide us into the returning light.
This is a space of sacred pause, a ceremony of silence, sound, and renewal.
There will be lost of rest, lots of opportunities to receive and journal time.
Please bring a sacred offering for the ceremony that is inline with the season. (reach out if you have any questions)

Healing Drum Circle
Heal | Connect | Empower | Laugh | Release
Every 1st Friday starting in January
Join us in sacred community here in Fort Collins, Colorado, as we gather in circle to connect with the sound of the drum and the rhythm within.This circle is a space for grounding, intention setting, release, and joyful expression, a time to reconnect with your natural rhythm, the heartbeat of the Earth and connect with those around us. There will space to use your voice (if you wish) through chanting, toning and sound.
Through guided drumming, simple rhythms, and shared intention, we’ll drum together to awaken presence, release what no longer serves, ignoring passion, creativity and joy. You will get to experience a seated healing circle where others in the group will drum around you sending healing and prayer deep into your being.
No experience is needed, just an open heart and a willingness to explore.
🪘 Drums provided or bring your own (I have 3 spare handheld drums, so please let me know if you'd like to use one)
🎶 Bring your own rattle, or percussion instrument if you have one

CANCELLATION POLICY
At Ahimsa Wellbeing, every class is crafted with intention — from the planning, to the cacao to the food and more. We also understand that life happens and plans sometimes shift. This policy helps us honor the time and resources that go into each gathering while keeping things fair for everyone.
If you register for a class and later realize you can’t attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.
You are always welcome to request a class credit for the full value of your workshop instead of a refund.
14+ Days Before Class – Full refund
8–13 Days Before Class – 50% refund. If we are able to fill your spot from the waitlist, you’ll receive a full refund.
Within 48 hours of Class – No refund unless your spot is filled. If we can fill it, you’ll receive a full refund.
If we need to cancel a class due to low enrollment, we will contact you to offer either a full refund or a credit.
Why We Have This Policy
Our classes are intentionally small, allowing us to offer personalized support and create a warm, welcoming space for connection, release and restoration. When you register, your spot is reserved just for you - often meaning we turn others away. Our hosts are also paid per student, and prepare the class in advance to cater for the current amount of students registered.
