Service Description

This ancient Ayurvedic ritual is inspired by the traditional practice of Nasya, used for thousands of years to support clarity, balance, and mental ease. Your session begins with a nurturing massage of the face, neck, and head using warm herbal oils to encourage lymphatic flow and gently open the sinus pathways. Hot towels and facial steam soften and prepare the nasal passages, inviting deeper breath and release. You’ll then be offered a small bottle of organic Ayurvedic nasal oil and gently guided in how to apply it yourself, if it feels right for you. Many experience this as refreshing, clarifying, and deeply soothing. ✨ Especially supportive for: – sinus congestion & seasonal sensitivity – headaches, jaw & neck tension – brain fog & mental fatigue – emotional heaviness In Ayurveda, the nose is considered the doorway to the mind - a gateway to consciousness. By caring for this passage, we invite greater clarity, calm, and ease into both body and mind. Nasal oil is available to take home for $20 if you wish to continue the ritual.
