A comprehensive training in the art of Ayurvedic therapy.
This immersive experience introduces you to Abhyanga, Shirodhara, and Marma therapy - three powerful modalities designed to calm the nervous system, restore balance, and support the body’s natural healing intelligence.
Learn to work with warm oils, intuitive touch, and the body’s energetic pathways to create treatments that are both deeply therapeutic and profoundly restorative. You can also pay per individual training

An empowering, immersive training that uses the drum as a gateway into deep inner awareness, nervous system regulation, and intuitive journeying. This work supports both personal healing and your ability to hold space for others in a grounded, embodied way.
